This policy describes: The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use the AdFairy app (the “App”).Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.This policy applies only to information we collect in this App, in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with this App, and through adfairy.com or any of our other website, applications, or other services from which you are accessing this Privacy Policy (each referred to herein as a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”). Children Under the Age of 13
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Automatic Information Collection and Tracking  
When you download, access, and use the App, it may use technology to automatically collect:Usage Details. When you access and use the App or our Sites, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App or our Sites, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App or our Sites. Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.Stored Information and Files. The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.Location Information. This App may automatically collect real-time information about the location of your device, depending on the settings of your location-aware device. If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download or use the App. You may opt out of collection through the Sites at any time by contacting us at support@adfairy.com. We also may use these technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites, apps, or other online services (behavioral tracking).

Information Collection and Tracking Technologies
The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your computer or device. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our App. Web Beacons. Pages of the App, our Sites, and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related app and Site statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain app content and verifying system and server integrity).

Third-Party Information Collection
When you use the App or our Sites, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include: Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers.Analytics companies.Your mobile device manufacturer.Your mobile service provider.If you provide or connect your third-party account credentials to an account with our App or Sites, some content and/or information in those accounts may be transmitted into your account with us. For example, if you connect with Facebook, we receive and collect your name, email address and profile photo.These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this app. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. We may use the information we collect from and about you (including both personal information and App and Site usage information) for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to the following: (i) to provide you with targeted offers and advertising on the App and the Sites; (ii) subject to your communications preferences and, where required by applicable law, subject to your consent, to contact you (via postal mail, email and the like) with promotional materials about us, our services and our events, as well as about select partners; (iii) to contact you when necessary or appropriate; where appropriate, for market research, customer service, online and offline operations and overall services; (v) to protect the security or integrity of the App and the Sites and our business; (vi) and otherwise, with your permission or as permitted by law.
If you provide us with information about another person, where permitted applicable by law, we use that information to fulfill your requests and treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We (and our service providers) also analyze and use App and Site usage information and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies, alone and in combination with Personal Information, to assess the behavior of our users, to measure the interest in and use of the App and the Sites and communications, and to customize the App and the Sites and our communications with you. We do this both on an individual basis and in the aggregate.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal InformationYou can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.You may also send us an email at support@adfairy.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.If you delete your User Contributions from the App, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other App users. Data Security
We have implemented measures in an effort to safeguard the Personal Information in our custody and control. Such measures include, for example, limiting access to Personal Information only to employees and authorized service providers who need to know such information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as well as other administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Additionally, our service providers are not authorized to use or disclose your Personal Information for any purpose other than providing the services to us or on our behalf, or as otherwise may be required by applicable law. While we endeavor to always protect our systems, due to the inherent nature of the Internet as an open global communications vehicle and other risk factors, we cannot guarantee that any information, during transmission or while stored on our systems, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers.
To provide you with increased security, access to certain Personal Information stored in your account is protected with your username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and we strongly recommend that you do not disclose your account username or password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in any unsolicited communication. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account credentials or any other suspected breach of security.
To use certain aspects of our services, such as, but not limited to: payment transactions, we may require PayPal/bank/credit or debit card account information (“account information”). By submitting your such account information through the App or our Sites, you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with third party merchants, billing processors, and payment processors. These third parties may store your account information so you can use our services in the future. We do not have your complete account information, store your account information, or have direct control over or responsibility for your account information. While we require that such third party merchants, billing processors, and payment processors use reasonable procedures to help protect your account information, we cannot guarantee that transmissions of your account information or Personal Information will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures taken by us or our third-party service providers. We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control.
Retention of DataWe will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.We will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Transfer of Data

By using the App or the Sites, you agree that any dispute, claim or controversy in any manner arising out of or relating in any way to this Privacy Policy or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in New York before a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on any award may be entered in any court having competent jurisdiction thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that any party seeks injunctive or equitable relief with respect to any actual or threatened breach of this Privacy Policy, such party may seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between or among the parties hereto that is not subject JAMS’ arbitration rules, held before a single neutral arbitrator in New York. The parties to arbitration, the parties submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of the State of New York. Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy or the JAMS rules, any parties subject to this arbitration provision shall be barred from bringing or participating in any Class Action (as defined below) related to a dispute covered by this arbitration provision. However, if these Class Action restrictions are ever deemed illegal or unenforceable, they shall be severed from this arbitration provision. In that event, any Class Action shall by exempted from this arbitration provision and brought in court of competent jurisdiction, in connection therewith each of the parties consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the State of New York.
